Project-based, London.

About us:

On the Edge Conservation is harnessing cutting-edge media technology to change the narrative for nature, and make wildlife conservation relevant to younger people who will determine the future of the planet.

Using motion-capture and Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, the team has innovated a new kind of animated series that transforms real-life endangered species into humanised vloggers on YouTube. We believe that humour and relatability are the key to inspiring 10-18 year olds about the underlying issues facing species like the pangolin and aye-aye — two of the series’ heroes. In addition to mobile games, Instagram-ready mini-documentaries, and other projects, we are investing significantly in this new approach to animated storytelling that we expect will extend to several more seasons.
